She comes up with creative ways to engage the kids too! We love having Esther.
From the family:
AJ says Esther is a great Nanny because “she plays sports with us. She is nice and always pays attention to me, and she plays basketball and is pretty good at the game. She also knows how to play PlayStation and is even good at video games. She cooks for us and she spends quality time with us. Mom says she is always on time for work too. Which Mom likes.”
Sammy says he likes Esther because she plays with him, and plays Legos, army guys. Air Force carrier, fire trucks, nerf guns, writing letters and numbers, and playing basketball in my room. He says, “I also like her because she watches my replays on my game of football on my IPad. And she always sits and watches me play my games on the iPad. Mom says she likes it that Esther won’t let me spend too much time on my IPad.”
AJ also says that Esther is a good cook and makes really good breakfasts for them. He is happy with her cooking.
We value Esther’s commitment to work, to family, to her friends, to health, and to always doing the right thing. I am personally very grateful that Esther is extending her time with us this year. I had a hard year and Esther really supported us and helped me through it. She has become such a strong member of the family, and I value her love and presence immensely at our house. She is always offering a helping hand; she comes outside and helps us shovel the snow, put away groceries, or do whatever is needed in the family. She goes above and beyond to help— and to care for the kids and for me.
Drew says that he values Esther because he knows that she takes care of the boys. She is a very careful driver, and she is attentive and focused on keeping the boys safe. She genuinely cares for them and loves them.
She has adapted very well to being away from home, and in another country, and has learned to do things. She is not afraid to go do things, to travel, and to experience American adventures. She has visited several states and cities and I love that she makes the most of her time here and her opportunities in the country to really experience it. She makes good decisions and is always aware of her surroundings and watching out for things.
We love Esther and consider her a part of the family.
